K3 Mk.III and K1 Mk. II Quick Release plate for Battery Grip at KEH

The "Arca-Swiss" Quick Release Plate PZ-135 (discontinued) by Kirk Enterprises was originally designed for the Battery Grip of the Pentax K5 & K 7, but with a thin rubber shim on one edge it fits all the battery grips for the K3 and the D-BG8 Battery Grip for the K3 Mk.III. It also fits the D-BG6 for the Battery Grip of the K1 & K1 Mk.II with the same rubber shim. Works great!

By all reports, it works quite well and these were and remain in high demand.

I bet they are all in high demand! I have the Kirk PZ-134 bottom plate that lives on my K3 Mark III and the Kirk BL-K7 (which was made for the K-7!) and is an L-bracket for the K7 without battery grip that fits every K7/5/3 series camera made. I swap it out on the K3 Mark III in the field when I need an L bracket.

I post mainly for informational purposes, if you see a Kirk PZ-134 or BL-K7 for sale, don't hesitate because it will work with any K7/5/3 camera perfectly.
