got the flashpoint mini-zoom today and had to take it fer a quick spin! i like it quite a bit......K-3ii....tamron k-3ii

so other tests has HSS working fine and most interestingly is it actually has rear sync which actually seems to work properly......this is a real plus as cactus v6ii rear sync has the preflash included in the exposure thus firing twice.......and no playing around with setting the delay time on either the v6 or v6ii........it's nice that the flash offers that function as the x-pro controller does not have it available

***update****
the rear curtain sync is unavailable when the flash is used as a transmitter........quite disappointed after getting excited about it

So these are on-camera shooting over the front of the Tamron 90mm Macro? I am impressed.

I have this flash. I use it with the AD400 strobe and another Flashpoint flash. I paid full price though. They all work well. The only downside of the little flash is it's so tiny it only uses three AA batteries instead of the typical four. This is a bright flash and it drains the three batteries fairly quickly.
