I would be very skeptical of purchasing from this third party seller. Storefront name is United Standard Supply but business name is Dayat Merchandising, LLC. Feedback in the last 30-days is 57% positive and 43% negative. Even if you get a new camera, I'm sure Ricoh won't honor the warranty.
