Lowest I've ever seen on these teleconverters!

Five years ago these were $450, and they've slowly been creeping down in new cost.
They've been hovering around $330 for months on Amazon, but this is the first time I've seen them sub-$300!

A deal for today, and maybe a giant tease that they're trying to clear NOS inventory before a new TC release.
As further evidence, it looks like these are shipping from Amazon UK. I've bought new/Amazon from Amazon UK before, and other than shipping times everything else is identical.
