DCU4 for K20D owner

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to get a DIGITAL CAMERA UTILITY 4 for me as an owner of K20D camera? I have had a bad experience with PPL/PPB 3 and was hoping to get my hands on DCU4. But apparently only the owners of newer camera models have the privilege of using DCU4.

If you can get a hold of the program CD, then I guess you could!

Did you really burned it to CD first? One would expect that it would install by just running the exe after download?

I actually made an ISO image and them mounted it as a virtual CD-DRIVE. All worked. During installation there was a message to put an original installation CD (supposedly the one that comes with newer cameras), I just clicked "OK" and installation went on just fine.

I think the updater looks for the volume label on the CD.

And, yep, just click OK on the window asking for the old disk, and continue on. Did not work the first time when I tried following the prompts...

Just rename your USB card reader/SD card. It doesn't have to be a CD for the installer to work.

Thank you
