DNG embedded profile?

In Lightroom/ACR, the Adobe Standard profile for a PEF or DNG is a customized profile developed by Adobe for the particular camera. Each DNG also contains a Pentax-developed embedded profile.

Does the DNG embedded profile reflect the camera settings when the photo was taken, or is it a standard profile that is the same for every photo?
