The "Lets Help Mel replace her Stolen TAKs" Drive

Adam has kindly allowed me to set up a "Lets Help Mel replace her Stolen Takumars" drive.

In case you haven't heard, Mel's car was broken into and her family was robbed the other day while they were on vacation. Among the many things they lost was her treasured collection of older lenses. Besides a whole bag of assorted misc gear she lost...
a 44m-6 Helios lens
a Tak 200/3.5 preset (a 200mm f4 on the way from gokenin (along with a Tak 300 f6.5 preset)) (thanks for the Vivitar 200mm f3.5 offer Gruoso)
a Tak 55/1.8 (donated by Cardinal43)(thanks for the similar offer gokenin)
a Tak 35/3.5 (donated by Wheatfield (along with a Tak 105mm f2.8)
a Cosina 28/2.8
an M42 2x teleconverter (donated by Wheatfield)
an M42 3x teleconverter (possible donation by SCGuy)
an m42 extension tube set (on the way from Peter Zack)(thanks for the bellows offer Blue)
an M42-k adaptor (on the way from gokenin) (thanks for the offered adapter & M42 Vivitar 135mm by bokehboy)
a 49mm reversing adaptor
a 52mm reversing adaptor
a 49mm-49mm lens to lens coupler (donated by geauxpez (along with a mystery bonus... hmmm))
Adam has said that if you wish to donate you can do so thru the regular forum donation system. If you do that, please PM me with the amount you donated so I can let him know how much was directed toward this effort (since there is no dedicated mode for "other" donations).

If you do not wish to use paypal, or wish to donate an amount that is not listed in the forum's donation system, you can mail a check made out to "Melanie Beus" directly to me and I will make sure she gets it. Send such donations to...
Melanie Beus c/o Michael Riley
1704 N. Argonne Ave
Sterling, VA 20164
Of course, if you have a spare TAK laying around that you'd like to donate (or even sell cheap) let me know and I guarantee she will put it to good use. You can ship these to Mel c/o me at the address listed above.

Mel is one of the nicest people on the forum and this would be a great way of showing her how much we appreciate her.

Mike

p.s. Mel had no idea that I was doing this. It just struck me that it'd be a nice way to help one of our own and help relieve the damage done. This isn't charity, it's just a helping hand to a friend who's been dealt a crumby hand.

That's O.K. because I have plenty of extra keyboards too.

Mike:

I have a Super Tak 55/1.8 and a Super-Multi-Coated Tak 55/1.8 and Mel can have her choice of either one. I'm in Gainesville and she lives in Nokesville (I think), so I can make arrangements to get it to her, or to you, either way works for me.

Original Poster
I've updated the lens and accessory offers in the original post so people know what has been offered and what is still needed. I'll talk with Mel to see if there are any preferences and get back with everyone on their offers).

You guys are freakin' G*R*E*A*T!!!!!

Mike, I have a Super Takumar 35/3.5 that is looking for a home. I'll ship it to you in the next day or two.
Mel, if you'd like either a Tak 105/2.8 or a Tak 135/3.5 I'll include that in the box as well.
Either reply here or PM me in the next couple of days. It will probably be the weekend before I get this shipped.
