Nepean today. When I'm lucky that means lorikeets. I was, indeed, lucky today. This
cheeky little dinosaur sat and posed for me for quite some time (just as well, as for many previous shots of the other lorikeets around, I had not noticed the white balance was still on fluorescent light, from last night inside. DOH!)
However. That was taken with my Super-Multi-Coated Takumar 1:3.5/135, so not for the Single challenge.
Nevertheless. I'm mentioning it (and first), because I'm very pleased with it.
For my challenge photo I'm also a bit pleased, though in a different way. I was on the railway station platform, without a photo. I turned on the camera, set aperture, shutter, ISO, and focus, and then clicked the shutter - all without metering or looking through the viewfinder.
