We will be at Paddlefest in Barrie , with a booth full of images. Anyone on the way up to the cottage or heading up NOrth feel free to stop in and say hello. Either Tess or I will be there. We haven't decided who's doing which shift yet.

Thanks for forwarding. It was too late for my wife and I to change plans arranged with our youngest son and his children to participate. He was a Canadian Canoe Association competitive paddler in the K1, K2, K4 and War Canoe events and now sails a 27' yacht, but has acquired a very unique paddle craft used in East Asia-- Taiwan or Cambodia I believe. It's 10-12' in length and has a flat front and sloping flat rear like a punt. Attracts a lot of attention from the members at his yacht club. Is this an annual event? I am sure he would be interested as we would.

It is an annual event... but it's for the most part vendors of gear sold at MEC. We were one of the few booths who actually sold stuff. Keen's was beside us, with a booth where you could look at their latest product, but they told people to buy from MEC.. so lot's of people were giving instruction from various organizations.. but it was more corporate driven than user driven.
