Some questions: I have a brandnew TS 130/F7 APO refraktor at home waiting for first light. In difference to the 3" flattener I formerly used with the TS 80/480 it has a flattener that offers enough backfocus for a filter. Can you recommend your CLS filter, what type/brand is it how do you adapt it?
It's an Astronomic's 2" which screws directly on the nose of the Baader Coma Corrector. So if using a regular 2" nose piece to a T-Ring, and if the nose piece adapter has threads (which most do), that also works. I only use the corrector in Schmidt Newt since that's what it designed for. I have also used the filter on a 2" nose piece, and also taped to the front of older SMC Pentax primes that normally have 55mm threads. It's too small to screw onto those, yet work when taped on.
