I'll repeat my question because you did not answer it. Have you tried the K-1's Astrotracer? I guarantee you will get much longer than 30 seconds with a 100mm lens. I get 60 seconds pretty repeatably with a 200mm lens on my K-3II. I suspect you could easily get 30 seconds with a 300mm and you might even get 40s. If Astrotracer can track much better than the mount you already own and might well track at least as well as the IEXOS you are trying, why would you not at least try it before looking at other mounts or trackers?
If you say "I must have goto" I would ask why? You don't really need it shooting at up to 300mm. Finding objects with larger focal lengths, sure, it can be useful. (My main EQ that I use with my telescopes has goto.) But you don't really need it for what I consider wide-field work and it is not really compatible with ultra-portability, which also seems to be a priority. For portability nothing will beat a camera and lens on a tripod with nothing else needed. The K-1 already gives you that by way of Astrotracer. It's one of the main reasons for buying a Pentax, IMO. It certainly was for me and it has not let me down.
