Regarding sharpest images taken with the Pentax 67, my sharpest isn't exactly a landscape. It's an F5e Tigershark on static display at an airshow I attended a couple of years ago. The lens was a 45mm. I was shooting Tri-X and it was a bright, sunny day, so using the Sunny F/16 Rule, this means I was shooting at either 1/500 at f/16 or 1/1000 at f/11. So the shutter speed was plenty fast enough for hand-held photography.
If you look closely, you'll see that this jet is displaying a Star in addition to the typical US insignia. Reason? This is one of the aggressor aircraft from the US Air Force's Red Flag training program. The star is red, in imitation of Soviet markings.
I scanned the above image at 2400ppi with my Epson 4990. The full-size image was downsized to 1600 x 1282 for display on the web. It is then further reduced by the forum software to be displayed here. You can see the 1600 pixel image here:

The 45mm provides great depth of field, so basically everything in the photo is in focus, or close at least. Anyway, it's a good way to evaluate sharpness. I think the 45mm is a real winner.
