Probably
Sugarloaf (south of Frederick between Point of Rocks and Hyattstown)...
I will set up a poll in the next couple of days with some options for dates and locations. So far I have Sugarloaf Mtn, Harper's Ferry (see the p.s.) & Berkeley Springs (incl. Wash Heritage Trail & Cacapon State Park). Any other suggestions (preferably unaffected by our dysfunctional government) before I set up the poll?

p.s. Since Harper's Ferry is both a town AND a national park, it and Bolivar are OPEN FOR BUSINESS despite the government shutdown. Only the Federal/Park Services facilities are closed.
