Had a couple of hours to kill at the airport this morning. Took quite a few more conventional shots, but then I spotted a Malteaser on the floor and proceeded to generate some interest among passers-by as I tried to manoeuvre my camera into a good position. Bless flip-out viewfinder screens!

K-1 + Tamron 17-50mm. Last night we took the girls ice skating by Hampton Court Palace. It's not every day I get to photograph the ancient Palace at night, with it's ever changing light display (in fact we only go once a year). So here's my contribution for today.

So, I went to the Care Center or Orphanage where I start work on Monday, to set up office and prepare for what will probably be a hectic week, with all the children returning to start the school year on Wednesday. Small office, but I got the fright of my life hearing some grunts and salivating. I mean look at this monster? Besides being cute, it has a look that says I want that Noel for lunch .

Planning selfies for a year will be a challenge. Today, too busy to execute a planned shot I have in mind, so I took the opportunity to make a photo of a sculpture I've meant to stop and appreciate months ago, but never took the time.

Opening up pallets of aluminum sheet stock found a stray leaf. Took a ride all the way up from the USA Using my old Oly EM10 MK1,

Slightly frustrating day of watching other people climb whilst not being able to join in. Took plenty of pictures though... The area we were in is awash with stone circles, remains of castles, standing stones and even a hermit's cave. Sadly the promised sunshine did not appear.

I made a visit to the Cloisters at lunchtime with my Minolta MD 50 1.4 on the GX9. I was looking for bokeh shots but this appealed to me instead.
