Two very different bracelets...but both are "twisted"..

Went super minimal for today's theme, was initially thinking of trying to get some movement involved but in the end I like this one better. A coiled (twisted) small wire against a flashlit backdrop.

Not twisted but certainly bent and stretched. Newcastle Central Station, England. Just noticed there's a bit of tilt as well

Themes and weekends don't really work for me but here is one from my cycling trip (cold brrr) An abandoned building. Probably a former home for the elderly. I tweaked it with Nik efex.

One of the things i like about a mirrorless camera is i can shoot in TTL flash mode with a manual lens. I found this bug crawling on our garden fence. Both shots are variations on the theme. The first is shot with the GX9 and Lensbaby SOL 22mm



But I liked this one more because of the itsy bitsy spider. Shot with the Lumix 42.5, pried away from my loving wife's hands.

The weather forecast was for rain all day so obviously by 11 it had cleared up into a lovely blue sky day. I headed to the park and found lots of flowers still in bloom. K1 with FA 100/2.8 macro.

There is more than one way to get twisted... but not doing you're chores is not a recommended way to get Moma twisted...

Can't seem to pull the themes together recently. It is supposed to be the guest room, but we had a long term guest who moved out recently and we just have not gotten around to getting it set up again. Very low light with the smc PENTAX-DA 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 ED AL [IF] DC WR, ISO 100, f/22, 30 sec and on board fill flash.
