They are all excellent, I just felt the K-1 with the firmware upgrades was a better way to go.

I'd read all the statistics and specifications when the K-1-ii hit the market. The prices on the K-1 took a bit of a dive, so I bought one of those, and declined the "upgrade" - I figured the K-1 does everything I need and the "ii" didn't offer me anything I wanted. I'm happy with that decision, I really like the K-1.
