Currently the 28-105 is my main lens for the K1, but have only had the K1 for a few weeks. It is performing very well! Have 2 28's as well, the M f3.5 and the K f3.5. Considering what to get next, probably older primes. Would like to replace the T/S lens I had for my A7R eventually.

Also have the 645 to K adapter, so all of my 11 Z lenses will work, if somewhat awkwardly in certain instances.

Got to find a few slow ones to start off with...

Bought the D FA 28-105 and shot aproximately a thousand pictures in Porto on a vacation. Best Pentax lens I ever bought! (Haven't had the money for *lenses yet.) Hardly any photos out of focus! No soft focus either which has been my major critic of my other Pentax lenses. Sold most of my old lenses after the vacation.

Ive added some lenses to the K1 bag...DFA 28-105mm and DFA 70-200mm, these 2 cover most and do a great job.Also use a Sigma 135-400mm.

Primes have changed a little, start @ the Sigma 24mm f2.8 Superwide,then use a DA 35f2.4,and the other plastic 50mm f1.8.

Experimented with a sigma 10-20 with 1.4x FF tc,so its 14-28mm,kinda OK,some soft edges but 1:1 is good.

Edit: Added the Pentax F 100-300mm F/4.5-5.6 FF, Sigma 28-80mm F/3.5-5.6 Aspherical II Macro FF, Irix Blackstone 15mm F/2.8 FF and Samyang 85mm F/1.4 FF

Post some shots here with that one....I have the Rokinon...give me some ideas of how you will use yours.

Yep. sure are!

At times i use a Mirror 500mm, Rok....f6.3 is OK.A few other brands pop up that are Samyangs.

It will be my go to portrait lens. Perhaps some astrophotography too. Haven't had a chance to do any portraits yet, but here's a grab shot, handheld F/1.4 ISO 100 1/3000 sec - Happy with the lack of vignetting and corner to corner sharpness. It's a keeper. ;-)
