Not the greatest of images but I was happy to have managed to capture this image of the comet. This was taken from Usery Park near the McKellips Rd entrance. I used my K1 mk1, Tamron 28-75mm @ 28mmf/4.0, ISO 1600, 8sec.

It's hard to spot here with all the city lights. I was hoping the area I chose would be less light polluted, but that didn't happen. The further away you can get from populated areas the better. As it was, I didn't see it until after checking my camera only to find out I got a shot of it, then I saw the faint tail. Thank goodness for star apps.
