Favorite places to shoot this time of year?

Such a beautiful season in Minnesota right now. What are everyone's favorite places to shoot this time of year? I was lucky enough to live in Winona for 5 or 6 years, and that was amazing. Beautiful trees, beautiful bluffs, amazing trails to get to those spots!
I also love the cities, but I think my favorite time to shoot the cities is the winter

Here on the North Shore we are close to 50% of the color change. I plan on driving home through a maple forest today to get some late afternoon shots. The windy days (think Edmund Fitzgerald) are coming soon for some dramatic lake photos. It is a good time for WR lenses with the spray that can whip up. Speaking of that, what is the best way to wipe mist off a lens?

I used to keep a cloth in my bag that they included with original iPhones to clean the screen. That seem to help quite a bit, I thought.
I'm not exactly sure what it was, but microfiber of some sort, I suppose?

Thanks, Buschmaster. I have to get an SD card at Radio Shack today so I will pick up some cloth. I got a small piece with my Kindle Fire to clean its screen, but it is pretty dirty now. I wish there were more WR versions of lenses available.

Absolutely! People on this forum always seem to be threatening to jump ship to Canikon, but in my price range there doesn't seem to be nearly enough weather sealed bodies available from those companies!
Clearly they're not Minnesotans

I biked into work this morning, and I noticed on the way over the Ford Bridge (between St Paul & Mpls) the view to the north had about 50% color - and it was picture-worthy. I wasn't the only one that thought so, as another biker had pulled over and was getting her P&S out of her pocket for a quick snap! I think I may drag the K-5 along on Thursday or Friday when I bike in again.....

As requested. Good thing I got it when I did, as biking home today I noticed that on the opposite side of the river from this shot the leaves are now about 2/3rds gone!
Mississippi River looking north from the Ford Bridge.....

Ran to St. Louis on the bike last weekend. Color seem to be at or near peak in most places, not quite yet down in MO/IL.
Just north of Burlington, IA
Along Hwy 76 just north of Marquette, IA (Prairie du Chien, WI)
