I have an auto 110 super and regular auto 110 with the three basic lenses for both. 50mm, 24mm, and 18mm.
recently I picked up the 20-40mm zoom, 70mm lens, and the soligor 1.7x teleconverter.
I honestly figured the 20-40mm would be the best lens due to it being a zoom, and still maintaining f/2.8, but I really think I like the 70mm best.
the only lens I am missing now is the 18mm pan focus lens, but I have yet to see one pop up on ebay.
i see the zoom and 70mm on ebay periodically, but never the 18mm PF. is it more rare than the other two?

My understanding is that the 18mm PF is the rarest of the six, with the 70 and 20-40 being rarer than the first three.

I managed to get all 3 of the "rare" lenses in a CL advertisement for about $100 with a spare body. The 18mm PF is very cool, but optically identical to the regular 18mm except it's at pan-focus distance *all the time*.

I too was very lucky. Purchased on EBay, 4 lenses, body (Super) winder that works, filters etc for under a hundred dollars.I already had a 70 and a 20-40. So I am set.
Using both color and B&W as I have three working bodies.
I have been very lucky finding almost three complete sets , including two Super body, plus a lot of extras.

I only have the three basic lenses and have passed on the zoom several times due to price. What I would really like though is the 70mm.

Shot a roll of 200 color with pan lens. Not a sharp focus but was ok....Probably will limit use to "still" objects. Tried to photo an NBA game a friend was playing in; not so good....

My error. ASA was 400, not 200.

I think the Pan Focus only actually works as a PF lens when the camera stops down below f/4 or f/5.6. Will have to check that. At any rate, wide open it's not a pan focus at all. I would say, only use it where you have plenty of light and you know the camera will stop down substantially.
