Pretty sure this is a New South Wales Government Railways Z19 class locomotive. There are 4 in preservation but not sure if any are running. This one taken in 2002 at Dorrigo, NSW on my Olympus 2000Z

Nice to see what these locomotives looked like back in 2002, and of course restoration costs money. No doubt they are in worse condition now unless local enthusiasts have intervened.
