Any group members care to meet up for some night shooting downtown or ?

Potentially...where are you interested in shooting?

I'd be interested too but setting this up with sketchy weather might make it difficult. Suggest a time and a place - maybe the new parks - one by the fox tower and the other at the north end of waterfront park?

I might be up for a meetup as well, if one were to happen.

Some of my nights are busy (like on Thursday's I'm taking a lighting class at NewSpace). What about daylight shooting (as in, Saturday or Sunday)?

I'm not sure if this would appeal, but perhaps we could (a) meet somewhere (Director Park by the Fox Tower would be good, as it has a big covered area), (b) put together a list of subjects, like a scavenger hunt, (c) wander around the city, independently or together as we please, drive bus walk or bike, and (d) meet at an agreed time and place to eat and drink as tastes go, meanwhile sharing photos of each item we agreed to be a subject.

I like shots in twilight. Twilight is around 8am and 5pm. Personally, I'd lean toward 5pm; maybe meeting around 4pm. Which for me means Sunday or Monday.

As far as weather goes, well, that's a main reason I shoot Pentax. :-)

And for those of us with unsealed bodies, there's always plastic bags... >.>;

How about this Saturday ? Supposed to be decent weather. I wanted to get some night shot downtown on Broadway or ? I just didn't want to wander around by myself downtown so I thought there might be some strength in numbers, and I have a 12-24 zoom, 35mm limited and 70mm limited to share...

I'd be up for it. My SMC-F 28mm just wandered in this afternoon... It needs a good testing. :/
