finally managed a couple of macro shots, with a Pentax DA 50mm prime lens reversed.

The reversed lens technique used to be so much easier in the days of simple mechanical lenses. I imagine if you pick up an old style preset manual lens, the aperture control is probably easier!

I lack sharpness, I can't see if it's a focus or trepidation problem, did you use a tripod?
I also see them dark and with little contrast.

Like all things, it's a matter of practicing and practicing more

Q- How was the lens positioned on the camera body? Was it an adapter?
