Hello,
I'm having a devil of a time finding a quality parfocal k mount adapter for my Nikon Labophot-2 trinoc. I thought I had it nailed with a "MCA Nikon CF 0.45 Widefield adapter" but I think the quality of the glass in that is maybe not so great (and it's not parfocal either, bah). Anyone have a proven solution that works?
Many thanks

I'm not an expert on microscopes but I think that parfocality is a function of the objectives. If they are not a matched set. all the same manufacturer and intended to be used as a set, I doubt they can be made parfocal.

Sort of yes and no. My objectives are all parfocal when viewed through the eyepieces. But I can't find a camera adapter that'll make the camera parfocal with all the objectives, that's my problem

Have you tried direct projection = no optical elements between the objectives and the sensor? That's what I use with my modified Wild, but I generally have not worried about the lenses being parfocal, I just assume that if I go to a higher magnification some refocusing is inevitable.

I sorted this out in the end by having a custom adapter made. Works like a dream!
