Aloha.....The ebay auction ended with lots of questions from people and several low ball offers and some scam attempts, but alas, no sale. If/when you want to buy I will relist it. As far as shipping, it would be very expensive for next day or priority mail. I havent done the calculations so I cant even make a guess. If I have time soon I will try to figure it out.
