IGP4206 In Invercargil, the resident voted themselves this metal umbrella as a Y2K present. The Umbrella represents the firmament and on it are metal stars and constellations. Unfortunately, given all the ample space around town, they decided to mount it pointing at a 4 story building, so there is no way of viewing the night sky through it. Go figure
