Hey! Nice of you to write I have the DA 40 and DA 70. As much as i love them.... i have to go FA Ltd now... im at that point now. It has to be done.
So the natural thing to do is just to order the 43 and 77. That would make me feel at home. I love the "normal tightness" of the DA 40. But only outside, inside for people shots it quickly becomes a tad tight imo.

However, the 31' is nagging in my mind.... And it would come to more use where the 40 or 43 fails.

    Basicaly, i want both 43 and 31

What i dont like, is the thought of having both and get bothered by wich to use. But after looking through the whole FA Ltd thread i can clearly see the patterns. The 31 seem to get more landscape and enviromental shots, whereas the 43 gets more portraits and closeups done.

So..... i seem to bee heading that way to, have all three plus the 15.

    Regards

Saw your post in the FA Ltd club thread.. I love my 43mm, but I do often wonder about the 31mm as well. I set my focal length at 30-32ish and go shooting to see if that would work for me. I would love it for indoor shooting, but the 43 doubles as a fairly decent portrait lens (takes a bit of leg work to get the close ups though, but allows upper body portraits in a MUCH smaller setting than normal 55-100mm portrait lenses. For landscape and outdoor I think I'm in the same boat as you, I like the DA 15 Ltd.. but the Sigma 10-20 is a possibility since here in Canada it would have a 7 or 9 year warranty to Pentax's 2.
