Pentax K-x, Sanyo Eneloop batteries and charger (works really well with K-x), Pentax K-7, Pentax 18-250, 18-55 and 55-300mm lenses, backpack, tripod, Lightroom, etc.
Pocket cameras : Fuji F30 and Fuji F72EXR (great always-with-you cameras)
Camera before the Pentaxes : Nikon D5000 (hated the ergonomics !) First film SLR - Pentax :-) Later Canon film SLR, lenses, etc, now back to Pentax.

A recovering aerospace engineer returning to the joys of photography.
Other essential equipment includes my go-anywhere Subaru Forester that gets me through sand and snow to my favorite photo locations throughout the Western and Southwestern US.
