The Brain revisited: After a month you can see that the fungus has progressed. From the research it should have more "hair" by now, but, as Spring has been delayed this year, so too, has the progress of the "brain".

The idea of being eatable hadn't crossed my mind, wouldn't think so... it does looks alien and if it is eatable "Yuck" would be my first thought
