    I like this shot, it elicits feelings of sorrow.

    Pathos;
    That quality or property of anything which touches the feelings or excites emotions and passions, esp., that which awakens tender emotions, such as pity, sorrow, and the like; contagious warmth of feeling, action, or expression; pathetic quality

    This is wonderful, the mood, the character and the PP! Well done!

    I like the staging - good job! Reminds me of the Circue Du Soleil production "corteo" - the troop is a touring circus group with all the trappings... no animals, but clowns, tight rope high wire, trapeze etc. A very happy production about a clowns funeral http://www.cirquedusoleil.com/en/shows/corteo/media/official-video.aspx

    I like the sepia tones. This looks pretty old does it have a history?

    Thanks for comments! @ Patjp. It's not so old. I made it 2007, my second marionet. It is my version of one old clown marionet which had routine on walking on trapez(this dates around 1900's), mine does that too, but coreography is different since I don't know how it was done back then. Body and control stick(butterfly) construction I copied and made my version from that. It is like that with varietee marionets, that routines and puppets origins can be almost 400 yrs. old. too bad that this art form is not so popular anymore. I'm realy one of few that is under 70 yrs. old and is still doing it. And I'm 34. ! It is too difficult.

    So there was a story any way.

    Enjoyed the explanation and the image is just terrific - enormous depth of expression in the marionette.
