I saw your post of 14 October about your problems with the Samsung GX20. I, too, have a Samsung GX20 which gave trouble with its Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). Samsung Romania fixed it eventually but iniitally they refused to recognise the problem. You can read about it in posts under my name.

I am interested to know about the problems you are facing with the GX20
