Hey Matt - I saw some posts early on when you were considering the K3 III vs. K1 II - I have a K3 II and K1 II and shoot Wildlife on and off.
I bought the 300mm DA* last year to get more reach and quality and really like it.... I am considering a 150 - 450mm but really like the size of the 300mm and find that regardless of my zoom, I generally shoot at the highest zoom anyway. I had a sigma 100-400 - which no longer focuses.
I just read the review on the K3 III and it looks great. I am wondering if I would find more success with that and my 300mm vs. K1 II (less reach) or K3 II (less resolution).
Some questions:
1) Do you find the eye focus works well for wildlife?
2) How is the overall focusing on the K3 III?
3) Thoughts on me getting a 150-450 OR K3 III? It's going to be one or the other for now!
Appreciate any other thoughts... Jonathan

Hi MattGood to hear from you! Sorry I don't check this section very much and didn't see you message.
Everything is going well. Still shooting Pentax, just got a bit burned out from the Singles challenge and swamped in work. Still in Japan too.
Hope your and the family are well!

Hi Matt, you must be sitting at home on Family Day, thinking it's cold and grey outside. I'm in St. Catharines, and that's what I'm doing!

Thanks for the comment Matt, when you say a link for commenting, do I just need to link to the gallery post? I hadn't thought about that, I presumed all commenting would be in the thread for the social group...
