1/2) I've been impressed by the focus of K3iii in general - I cant speak specifically about the eye focus technology.
    3) not having had the K3ii, I cant speak for the value of upgrading your crop body, IMO there is always an argument for better / different glass. The DFA 150-450 was a huge upgrade from my Sigma 120-400 OS HSM - a bit pricey, but the WR designation and DC motor are compelling features.
Considerations you've listed do not include the high FPS, quicker write speed or the deeper buffer. Switching from one the other, the K-1 is a Cadillac, but the K3iii is a Ferrari

    Good luck!

Hey Matt - I saw some posts early on when you were considering the K3 III vs. K1 II - I have a K3 II and K1 II and shoot Wildlife on and off.

I bought the 300mm DA* last year to get more reach and quality and really like it.... I am considering a 150 - 450mm but really like the size of the 300mm and find that regardless of my zoom, I generally shoot at the highest zoom anyway. I had a sigma 100-400 - which no longer focuses.

I just read the review on the K3 III and it looks great. I am wondering if I would find more success with that and my 300mm vs. K1 II (less reach) or K3 II (less resolution).

    Some questions:
    1) Do you find the eye focus works well for wildlife?

    2) How is the overall focusing on the K3 III?

    3) Thoughts on me getting a 150-450 OR K3 III? It's going to be one or the other for now!

    Appreciate any other thoughts... Jonathan
