    It is a nice picture! But in answer to the question, you can bracket widely and recompose two exposures into one image later (gradient mask) or you can shoot in raw and add a graduated filter in Lightroom - works better with a K5 but at ISO 100 you should be able to get away with pushing the foreround up a couple of stops with the K7 too.
