I was looking at the images you posted to the Q board and I noticed a Chinon item in you camera kit. It's not often that I see someone listing a Chinon item. I had one of their 35mm cameras back in the day and it used all my Pentax lenses but it gave out after several years and I never got it repaired. I still have one of their great dual head flashes.

Oh, that is an interesting idea. I am not sure where to start digging, however!

I really like your work. I have a sense of nostalgia in reviewing it because of my experience as an international academic/consultant to China back in the early 1980s through mid-1990s. I generally lived in the Peking Hotel near Tienamin Square. In the early 1980s, they still had those huge piles of cabbages at street intersections, and cabbage was still the main/only vegetable in evidence at the Peking Hotel. I must dig out some of my early photographic images (K1000) of the time in China, including a (then) monumental train trek from Beijing down to Guandong/Canton--such scenes of Chinese peasantry, coal burning trains, and so on.

Yes. I had been to Wukesong market last year. They did have ZK lens for sale. But I'm not sure if they have ZK for sale now. Another problem is their prices often expensive than Ebay or the Forums. So I prefer to seek a better price in the second hand market.

Now I'm REALLY IMPRESSED with your photos, especially the Chinese album, photos from the blog and photos of nature. Some of them deserve to be in favorites. I think the best picture is obtained when you try to capture not just a pretty picture and make technically correct shot but to express your emotion through it. Apparently, you're on the right way , but I think the album could be improved by adding the interesting titles (may be looks like picture' title) to photos.
