Hello Jakob,
I started using the Pentax made adapter around a year ago when I finally found one for sale that was not listed as "rare" and costing over 200 US.
The purpose for me was to shoot events at my church. The problems was that no flashes are allowed and my 16-45 f4.0 AF lens was being pushed to the limit and many shot were needing greater than 70mm and up to 300mm. So, as an example, a 6x7 75mm f4.5 was a perfect solution and being around 90 to 105 lpmm was meaning it to be better than the AF lens... only about 58 to 75 lpmm. As you can see, the math means more resolution from corner to corner and wide open on a 6X7 lens.
I've chosen the Pentax brand, but the made in China adapters look good to me, but I hear that some are with poor quality in the milling. There are some recently released new versions such as "She-In" version. I wish I had data on any of the non-Pentax.
I hope you find a good adapter soon... fun and useful to use!
