    Hi Gary,
    Sorry to be so long replying. Nothing technical about it. I simply cut the proprietory lug off (LX, 645, etc) and I had a universal mini jack that I could expose the wires on and swapped them around until it worked. It was the low tech method for dummies and I did not bother to record the connections.
