Picture 23 of 28 from Album Single in March

Today is ugly. It got warm as predicted and the rain is coming down. Whenever it rains on this much snow, you get fog. Really thick fog. I'm working tonight so it's the view from my back porch. This is supposed to turn back to snow later this afternoon and grace us with another foot or so. I have a lot of shots of this spruce tree, even more than the wheelbarrow which I hope to include if it pops out of the snow this month.
This shot was pretty fogged over but boosting the contrast in Elements cleaned it up a lot.

I like the fog, and the tree behind the spruce seems to be on fire! Moody shot,well done.

Today we got the same storm with 30cm of snow and no rain.
Had the same idea and posted a spruce tree from a neighbors yard.
I like the colours, green orange and brown match together and the fog in the background gives depth to the scene.
