Picture 10 of 27 from Album Single in July 2012
My rusted and broken old wheelbarrow. It's sole existence was for safety shots and lens tests and of course, a yard decoration. Recent needed repairs and wash outs required the use of one and I headed down to the hardware store to buy a new one.

Priced a wheelbarrow lately? I'll be I could buy a used Limited in the marketplace cheaper. Anyhow, for $14 I bought a new handle and fixed the tire it's now a functional tool again, not just a beautiful lawn ornament.

Nice job, nice photo. You could name it "The Resurrection".

Good work! I have a tenancy to convert something like this to make it appear antique-y, but the colour version shows us your handy work much better. The plastic barrows nowadays are not so nice as to be considered lawn ornaments... this hard working steel one though... art.

Really like the contrast between the old and new pieces. Most likely the new pieces will look old pretty soon if it gets used as heavily as you've described

Nice shot, and like others, I like the contrast between new and old. Onliest problem is now you can't use the excuse of "the wheel barrow's broke" and go back to your hammock and liquid refreshment.

Nice to see your famous wheelbarrow is back on the job!
