Maybe it has been put back together incorrectly. A bit of dust or haze would not do what yours did. Talk to the people who worked on it and show them the pictures.

It looks physically perfect. Everything looks fine, other than a little dust and a faint fingerprint on the front. I had it cleaned professionally too. Have you ever come across anything like it? Thank you.

The lens of this serial number ^. I'm having issues with thta lens and since we have common symptoms, I was wondering if it could be the reason. Please take a look at my photos to compare for common issues. Thank you.

Hi. I just noticed your comments about the SMC Pentax M 50mm lens. Does your lens give a rainbowy glow around bright lights, like car headlights or street lamps? Mine has the haze around the corner you mentioned and I'm worrying the glow is with the lens, and not the film. :\ Thank you
