    About Me
    I am an English professor at a community college but I began my career as a reporter and photographer for a community newspaper. Photography was already in my blood when I landed that job, but shooting day in and day out cemented it as a passion. I became a bit of a computer geek in graduate school and now digital photography has brought the two together, although I do miss the aroma of darkroom chemicals. Back then, photography was almost akin to alchemy.
