The composition doesn't really work for me. Tough light.

Yes. I agree, it's not really a dark enough area, too many spot lights around, so I have to crop a lot.I will try again

Hmm, maybe more the rail line and wagon? the lights are interesting yes...but something to lead the eye?....

Perhaps, I'll go back again and check it out periodically, it's tough because I am limited in where I can stand, and lighting that is beyond my control. I won't give up on it, though, I"m sure I can get a good picture eventually.
