so im not sure if many of you would approve of me doing this but no one can disagree that its pretty cool.
when working in Louisiana i was googling cool attractions and stumbled upon a six flags theme park that was hit hard by hurricane katrina it was planned to repair and reopen but never did. instantly i knew what my plans for tomorrow were. just thinking about going to this place kept me up all night with excitement! soon as day break hit, i hopped out of my hotel bed and started making my way to this abandoned theme park. in my trunk i had some gloves bolt cutters and a new pad lock. i got a new pad lock because i was going to cut the old one off and use the new one. this way if security was to come it would like all is well. i was so excited, nervous, scarred and happy to do this. these pics are the result of my nail biting adrenaline pumping field trip. enjoy. |
