Thanks for your interest in this lens. Postage to the USA would be £18 for the basic service (delivery aimed in 5 days) or £23.40 for a delivery aimed in 4 days and signature required.
If you are ready to pay this kind of price, I suggest that you take the UV filter with the lens, it fits and will protect the front lens. Please note that there is not front lens cap (I have never had it)
