The middle exposure was taken at 28mm, f 8, 1/160th sec, iso 100.
I used the autobracketing feature of the K-5 to get 5 exposures, so the shutter times varied. I probably used 2 stop increments.
The RAWs were converted to TIFF in Lightroom 5 and sent to Photomatix Pro to be merged as an HDR. After some more work in Lightroom, I sent it to Nik Silver Efex for the B&W conversion. Then it was final touch-up in Lightroom.
I'm not sure its the best photo I've ever taken, but I am currently liking it. I struggled with what to choose for the contest and tried several versions of this one. I realize HDR is not well-accepted by many who would be judging the contest, so hopefully I can fool them with the B&W, though it probably doesn't have the wow factor of an image with bold colors.
