Oh my gosh! how did you get this? Exposure blending?

Thanks for looking and commenting! This is just your run-of-the-mill post-process .dng file. I try to do minimal editing to preserve the image as I saw it at the time. This one has the usual clarity, vibrance/saturation adjustments, sharpness/noise and lens corrections that I do on pretty much all of my work.
