| * Happy New Year 2015 * Greetings from California..
Hope everyone here will have a great upcoming new 2015! Just wanted to say thanks for having useful reviews and pictures. This forum has helped me a lot! When I was looking to find my first dslr I thought of I could go for a Canon, then I thought Nikon was better for me. Finally I came here and learned much about Pentax Dslrs and lens.... And have since got lucky to purchase my first dslr at a low price with a fine versatile lens (K20d with SMC Pentax DA 18-250mm). Since then I've gotten even luckier in my hunt and found me an old but pristine looking K2 with a SMC Pentax-M 50mm F1.4... Yes... how do I use my K2 without batteries at 1/125 SS.... Looking forward to learn more about photography etc this new year. I can recommend Pentax as a great system of photography. Here is a sample picture I took on my holiday. Thanks everybody!  | |
