It makes little difference to me where I ship it as long as I incur no risk and no cost - I hope you understand. That means you pay shipping and insurance, and all money has to clear before I send it and I take no responsibility for the product once it leaves my hands. I checked USPS and it looks like ~$40USD to ship about 2lb to the UK. I'm not sure how much the shipping insurance would be and I have no idea what your border people will do regarding duties and taxes.
