An excellent varied set to start with. Bonny tones.

Some of mine - Probably posted a couple of these elsewhere but long exposure is my favourite thing :-)

With all that water, I'd better dry things out with this shot from Death Valley, CA. This is shot with a graduated ND filter.

Some nice shots here already. It would be nice if you posted what ND filter you used. I used a Tiffen 4 stop ND filter for these yesterday at Lake Michigan. The waves were supposed to be over 20 feet high yesterday. I didn't see the waves that big here, but I still got some stormy looking pictures. I'll have to come back here sometime to shoot a sunrise.

Here's a few of my 1st attempts..........hope you enjoy!!! All these were shot using a 3stop nd and CP together, giving a 5-6stop light loss. Lens was the tried and true Pentax-A 28mm f2.8

Can't wait to get a 10-stop - they can be cliched, but can also make great shots.

nms_photog - hope you don't mind, but I felt 30 secs of PP really brought out the potential in your fine photos:

Naw........I don't mind.........I know I lost a bit of contrast and saturation when stacking the 3stop ND with CP on those lake shots anyway, and I did the same myself as you did, after I had time to do it.

Here's one I reworked a tad in Lightroom. Before and after PP is posted for reference.

More ND shots from around town .... problem I'm having now is a backlog of ND photos to PP, it's too much fun to shoot them, but I don't have enough time to process them
