Hello, can someone plese tell me what kind of converter I have to use to put this lens on my K-r?
It is 28-135 mm pentax k mount Miranda

None if it is a K mount

That is a Minolta MD-mount lens. It cannot be used on a Pentax PK-mount camera. Some people have performed serious surgery on MD lenses, usually involving a lathe. There might be an optical MD-PK adapter available, but it will diminish the image quality and make the lens longer and slower. The main market for MD lenses now is for short-register cameras like m4/3, Samsung NX and Sony NEX.

There is an MD to PK adaptor that has about 1.4x but it degrades IQ a little

That what I thought - it was listed on ebay as a k mout and when i couldnt fit it in i was bit confused. Thank you very much for replies - going to demand a refund now
